The issue with weight readings for IOS users has been resolved and Validic has scheduled jobs to pull any missed weight readings for IOS users since the Omron switch to their new API.

Omron has implemented a fix for weight readings for IOS users and Validic has backfilled any missing weight readings for currently connected Omron users on IOS.
We're monitoring Omron's fix for stability at the moment.

Update
This issue appears to be isolated to iOS users and weight readings for Android are processing fine through our system.
We've been made aware that Omron is working toward a fix for iOS users. We'll update the status page when we have more details on the fix on the Omron side.

Investigating
Omron recently released a new version of their API and moved all clients to this new version. However, they are reporting that Weight data is not being transmitted via the API.
Omron has identified the issue and are working on the solution.
In the meantime, you may not see weight data for your users as they reconnect to Omron.
