We haven't seen any drops from Omron Japan API in the last 24 hours. We're closing this incident as resolved.

Update
The Omron Japan API has intermittently dropped several times over the last few days. It seems to come back after an hour or so. No data is being dropped. There is just a delay in processing the queue when the API recovers. We're continuing to monitor and reaching out to contacts on the vendor side for confirmation they are aware and seeking a resolution to this behavior

Investigating
Validic is investigating possible issues with the delivery of data from Ommron Japan. To be clear, this doesn't affect Omron cloud connections outside of that location.

As a result, you may see delays in receiving user data from Omron Japan users and users may see issues when trying to sync to Omron Japan.

We will provide updates here when they are available.
