Our integration with Dexcom is working as designed. One unfortunate occurrence when Dexcome applied their fix was that there was a list of users that were disconnected due to an Invalid Refresh Token. The resolution for this is to have the users reconnect to Dexcom in the Validic Marketplace.

Support will be reaching out to affected clients with a list of users specific to their organization today. If you don't hear from support on this by tomorrow morning, then you have no affected users.

This issue is resolved and we will work with clients that have affected users to resolve that issue.

Dexcom has resolved the issue on their side, but we have identified some downstream issues with our integration into their service we are working with Dexcom to resolve

Investigating
Validic is investigating possible issues with the delivery of data from Dexcom.

As a result, you may see delays in receiving user data from Dexcom users and users may see issues when trying to sync to Dexcom.
