Phillips has made adjustments, and we can't replicate the issue now. This is resolved.

Identified

An issue has been identified with the use of the standard marketplace and connection to the Philips cloud source. It appears to be an issue on the Philips side, and we are reaching out to them for assistance.
In the meantime, clients should utilize the direct connection option for Philips, noted in this documentation, as it has been verified to be working: https://help.validic.com/space/VCS/3766943745/Philips+Direct+Connection+-+Eliminate+User+Setup
