Polar has alerted Validic of an upcoming maintenance window. Text of their announcement is below:
"We would like to inform you that on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 at 04:00 UTC, there will be a scheduled maintenance break in the Polar AccessLink API. We expect a downtime of up to 35 hours, and we will do our best to complete the required database update as quickly as possible.
All queued data will be transferred automatically once the maintenance is finished.
We understand that this is a longer break than usual and sincerely appreciate your patience. During the previous maintenance window, we encountered challenges that prevented us from completing the necessary database update. To prevent that from happening again, we have completed extensive preparatory work and are allocating extra time for thorough updates, testing, and validations.
