Identified

We identified an issue affecting the submission of data records from Philips to Validic from 1/9/2026 thru 1/16/2025.
This issue occurred as a result of a recent infrastructure upgrade that caused sporadic failures for incoming requests.
Validic is preparing to systematically reprocess all affected Philips measurement records to ensure they are accurately ingested into Inform.
Missing records will automatically be made available through the Streaming API as they are reprocessed.
We will confirm once the data recovery is fully complete in this status page.
