Tenovi made us aware of a scheduled maintenance. See their message below:
Tenovi will be performing maintenance on our software infrastructure on Sunday night, April 12, at 5 p.m. PDT (8 p.m. EDT).
This brief update is necessary to upgrade our database and is planned for a Sunday evening to minimize any disruption to your workflow. The maintenance window is expected to last about 1 hour. During this time, the Tenovi platform and API will be temporarily inaccessible.
If your devices connect through the Tenovi Cellular Gateway, no data will be lost. All readings will be queued and uploaded automatically once the upgrade is complete. Data from cellular-enabled devices may be affected within this 1 hour timeframe.
