Our technical teams have been making significant progress in resolving the issue. The majority of our systems are now operational, but we are aware that some users may still be experiencing residual issues. Our teams are actively working to address these concerns and ensure a complete recovery. The Validic engineering teams have identified the issue and are working towards a resolution. We hope to have an update within the hour.
During this time, you may see delays receiving data from cloud sources via the Inform API. You also may not be able to provision or manage your users or access the REST API.
