Artifactory/Jfrog has confirmed that the systems are back online and functioning as expected.

Update
We are working with Artifactory/Jfrog directly to resolve this. Updates will be provided when the vendor releases an update on their side for our instance of their product.

We identified an issue with our Artifactory instance used for our Inform SDK packages. We're working on resolution of this now.
