Validic is currently aware of slow load times when trying to access the Support Portal at https://help.validic.com/ This appears to be a known issue with the service provider that hosts the Support Portal, as reported here: https://status.atlassian.com/
We will continue to monitor this issue and provide updates here as they are made available.
