Strava has moved to a paid model for use of their API. We previously had a status page for clients needing to reach out to our support team at support@validic.com with a company email address to transfer the Strava credentials prior to Oct 8 2026. We had worked with Strava to give our clients an extention to allow time for us to transfer the credentials to our clients. If you haven't taken this action yet, then please open a ticket with us.
If you don't take ownership of your Strava credentials prior to October 8th, then Strava data will stop flowing for your org on Oct 8th.
