Data has started flowing as designed and it appears that things are resolving themselves. The queue is a little backed up, but we'll keep an eye on it until all is back to normal here.

Investigating
Validic is investigating possible issues with the delivery of data from Ommron Japan. To be clear, this doesn't affect Omron cloud connections outside of that location.

As a result, you may see delays in receiving user data from Omron Japan users and users may see issues when trying to sync to Omron Japan.

We will provide updates here when they are available.
