Philips will be shutting down its BioTel Care remote patient monitoring platform and TelServe services on July 24, 2026.
As a result, cellular blood glucose devices operating through the Philips Inform cloud integration will stop transmitting data, and third-party applications will no longer receive any data through the integration. Users will also be unable to establish new connections through Philips after that date.
