Update
Validic is currently monitoring two issues with Withings that could affect the delivery of user data.

First, there are times when the Withings Healthmate mobile app is not automatically syncing data to the Withings servers. When this happens the user will see the data in the app, but because it is not in the servers, Validic does not have access to it. In this case, the user have to manually refresh in the Healthmate app to sync the data.

Second, there are times when the Withings user tokens fail to refresh for a user, therefore resulting in no data being sent. When this happens it is recommended that the user disconnect and reconnect Withings in the Marketplace. To help with this issue, Validic is considering disconnecting all affected users in the coming weeks to reduce the amount of failures/alerts.

Both of these issues are on the Withings side and Validic is monitoring with withings for the fix.

The plan to force Withings users to disconnect is currently on hold while the Validic team continues to investigate the overall issue.

Update
The process to disconnect Withings users has been delayed to the week of November 15. In the meantime, if you have users reporting Withings data delays, those users can unsync and resync directly via the Marketplace to resolve the issue.

Identified
Validic has identified some Withings users who are in a state where their data cannot be retrieved from Withings due to issues with their Withings tokens. Because we are unable to retrieve data for these users or resolve the state that they are in, the affected users will be disconnected from Withings the week of November 8. These users will need to navigate to the Validic Marketplace and re-sync to their Withings account there.
Any Withings user that is reporting missing or delayed data could be affected by this. If you receive questions from users please recommended that those users perform a re-sync to Withings.

Investigating
Beginning on Wednesday, October 14, Validic began receiving an increased number of errors from Withings. This issue is being investigated.

As a result, you may see delays in receiving user data from Withings users and users may see issues when trying to sync to Withings via the Validic Marketplace.

Validic will continue to monitor this issue and provide updates here when they are available.
